Job description

The host is the first point of contact for customers, the friendly face customers see when they arrive at our restaurant. Your job is to welcome them with a warm smile and help them feel at home right away. You’ll guide guests to their tables, check for reservations, and suggest seating options for those without one. It’s also your responsibility to keep the servers in the loop about any special needs our customers might have. You’ll use our reservation system to confirm who’s booked and make sure tables are ready on time. Plus, you’ll keep the entrance looking neat and welcoming. A cheerful attitude and great communication skills are key to making our guests’ experience memorable!
